• 12 percent sales increase of eligible products
versus 2.5 percent increase for non-eligible products

HON has renewed the program for the 2011
calendar year and is implementing other strategies,
particularly gamification, to further improve the
DSRs’ engagement levels. ■

has been a 900 percent increase in sales over the
years the program has been in place, and sales
increased 18.5 percent year-over-year in 2010.

allowed 500 employees and managers to recognize one another for living company values
and performing desired behaviors. Just one year
after implementing the program, the pharma firm
saw dramatic increases in employee engagement scores. It is now number one worldwide
when ranked against its industry competitors in
employee engagement.
